Aerobic workouts are one of the best ways to burn belly fat and flatten your stomach fast. But if that's really the case, why are so many people in your local gym seem to get no leaner even when they do hours of cardio?
The reason is that aerobic workouts aren't made equal. Some are better at burning fat than others. For instance, I don't like the elliptical myself. I think it's a waste of time for the most part. Sure, people sweat a lot when they do it, but you can quickly get to the highest resistance level on this machine and do it for an hour. This isn't such a high intensity workouts.
The key to fat burning aerobic workouts is that they need to be highly intensive. If you're doing them just to pass time (which a lot of people do) then it will not get you any decent results whatsoever.
To burn the most belly fat with aerobics, I recommend 3 workouts. All of them are highly intensive but this isn't an exhaustive list. There are more great workouts you can do but you can start and get great results with these:
1. Jumping rope - I begin with this aerobic workout because it's easy to do at home and in just a few minutes you may be sweating profusely. This exercise melts away the fat. Try it for a few minutes each day.
2. Kickboxing - Going to a kickboxing class is a dangerous thing. You might become addicted. This is a great cardio and strength experience and can be a lot of fun. Kickboxing is an excellent aerobic activity to lose weight with.
3. Running - My all time favorite. I love running because it makes me feel powerful and actually gives me time to think about things. It is also a super fat burning workout. Try it and you'll see.
These 3 workouts will help you lose belly fat. Have no doubt about it.
