What you DO want to do is burn the fat. You see, the ab muscles are thin and is usually covered up with blubber. You need to focus on burning off as much fat as you can. The difference between the sprinters and the joggers should be like night and day! Muscular and built sprinters vs. skinny and emaciated stick joggers.

If you want to look good... then choose interval training. It is better for your metabolism, heart and overall health!

But of course you want to know if I do what I preach... you bet your booties I do! Ever since I stopped doing cardio about 7 years ago and switch to interval training, my body fat went lower... my muscle mass increased... my heart rate improved... in fact, my doctor says in my annual checkups that I'm probably one of the healthiest individuals for my age group that he has ever seen.

And the thing about it is... I don't workout more than an hour three or four days a week. That's it! You don't need to workout for hours and hours to get in great health. It's another myth that should be thrown under the bus!

Three) I shouldn't even have to mention this but I will because some folks are willing to believe in anything... if your ab program requires you to buy anything more than the basic supplements or fat burning pills -- stop right there!

You are wasting your time and money. All you are doing is burning a hole in your wallet. As before, fire the guy and get your money back.

Four) your ab program SHOULD NOT use any fancy-smancy ab machines or ab gadgets that you usually see on the late night info commercials.

Those celebrities endorsements and marketers talk a real good game. And they do that because they are the BEST at it. They make tons of money off the backs of willing celebrity obsessed folks that shell off their hard earned bucks...

And after using that equipment... these folks find it doesn't work. Well, let's cut the losses right now. If your ab program requires any ab equipment... any at all -- fire the dude! AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
