How to Reduce Belly Fat by Reducing Stress - 4 Simple Steps



Welcome back, everyone, to our journey to burn stomach fat! This article is about how stress affects your hormones and your ability to burn stomach fat and feel good during the day.

First, what causes stress, and what are some of the negative effects that stress has on your body? Stress is caused by many factors that we encounter during the day and it has an adverse effect on your body. It makes you feel sluggish, think less clearly, and it even makes your body gain weight! What I'm going to do here, is put several simple stress reducing activities that you can do, today, as in, RIGHT NOW, that will reduce your stress levels, and help you burn stomach fat.

1)Start sleeping more! Pretty much every American doesn't sleep enough, and this causes a ton of stress on the body! You won't have what it takes to exercise, you'll get angry easier(causing even *more* stress), you'll get less done in your day, and you won't be as willing to work as hard on getting stuff done. Sleeping less causes the illusion that you're accomplishing more things in your day. This is incorrect, actually. If you sleep 8+ hours a day(I personally have been sleeping 9 hours a day for quite some time now, and do not regret it at all), you will have more energy, and get much more stuff done in the day. By spending MORE time sleeping, you'll be getting MORE done, and enjoy your life more. Want to burn that stomach fat? Do yourself a favor, and do sleep more.

2)Smile! Smiling, even having a fake one(which will in turn, turn into a real one), makes your body feel happier. I know, cheesy? That's okay, do it anyway. Your life is awesome, and you're on a journey to lose weight, why wouldn't that make you happy enough to smile?

3)Laugh! Laughing is *THE* ultimate stress reducer. You cannot be stressed out as you laugh. Heck, I bet you didn't know that laughing actually works out your muscles, did you? Well, it does. Laughing actually works out every muscle in your body, especially the core, while making you feel great. You want to burn stomach fat and get rid of stress all together at once? Laugh!

4)You time. That's right, I did just suggest you take out time in your day, to do whatever it is that you want. I don't care how much time you take out, as long as you take out SOME sort of time for yourself. You can take out 1 minute, or 16 waking hours if you like, but do something that *you* want to do, that is for you. It may be selfish, it may be this or that, but doing things that make you happy, will... well, make you happy. How much stress can you have while you're happy?
